
Sales development manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to bring in new leads for our company. If you are "hungry" for business opportunities, your selling skills are your driving power, and you enjoy achieving and exceeding sales targets, we have a position for you.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new B2B customers in Europe and manage the entire sales cycle, from early prospecting to closing deals.
- Generate new business opportunities through outgoing searching via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, qualification, and driving sales performance growth while meeting financial targets.
- Report on sales efforts, pipeline status, and key performance indicators on a regular basis.
- Be a team member who wants to help the team in developing the business.
Requirements:
- Understanding of B2B sales development processes and business client relationship management.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related job is required.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, desire and dedication to self-development and growth.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Base monthly salary: 1500 € - 1800 € (after tax). The specific salary can be discussed and offered based on the candidate's experience, established competencies, and relevance to the requirements of the position.
